Summer Saturday, Sunday and Holidays Victoria Day Weekend (Weekend before Memorial Day) to Canadian Thanksgiving (Columbus Day) 2011 OPERATING SEASON Service east of Olympic Village Staton is discontinued indefinitely. WEATHER PERMITTING SERVICE CANCELLATION: NO TRAINS OPERATING OCTOBER 2011 Due to mechanical reasons The maintenance of the cars is the responsibility of the City of Vancouver, not the Transit Museum Society which provides volunteer crews each weekend to operate the cars. Both cars are currently inoperable. If you wish to express your views over the City's allocation of staff resources to maintain the DHR, or if you have any other comments on this aspect of the railway, please direct your comments to city council. Saturdays and Sundays July 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30, 31 August 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 27, 28 September 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, 18, 24, 25 October Holidays British Columbia Day August 1; Labour Day September 5; Subject to change without notice WEATHER PERMITTING First train from Cambie Station (adjacent to Olympic Village Canada Line Station): 12:30 p.m. Last scheduled train from Granville Island Station: 5:00 p.m. Trains run on demand - at least every half hour, more often at busy times Fares Adult ticket $2.00      Child or Senior Ticket $1.00 A ticket is valid for a round trip.
